Job summary

Marks & Spencer plc (UK) is seeking a senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery of Integration Platform programs, shaping portfolio plans, governance, and a clear roadmap to meet outcomes, timelines and investment objectives.

You will partner with Technology, Product, Engineering and Business teams to align efforts, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver data-driven reporting to support informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering complex technology programmes across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Experience in programme and portfolio management including planning, governance and risk management.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.

Job description

  • Lead the delivery of Integration Platform programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment to agreed outcomes, timelines, quality standards and investment objectives.
  • Shape portfolio plans, governance and roadmap priorities, managing risks, dependencies and critical delivery activities across interconnected programs.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reporting on portfolio performance, progress, risks and investment tracking to support informed decision-making.
  • Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering and Business teams to build alignment, resolve challenges and enable successful delivery.
  • Develop and support Technical Programme Managers, championing continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the portfolio.
  • You bring experience delivering complex technology programmes across multiple teams, stakeholders and priorities.
  • Experience in programme and portfolio management, including planning, governance, dependency management and risk management.
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments, creating structure, clarity and focus where needed.
  • Able to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders through clear communication, collaboration and insight.
  • Experience leading, coaching or supporting delivery teams, balancing strategic thinking with strong execution and attention to detail.
