The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, project management and logistics experience in the festival sector, a solid understanding of the sector’s challenges, and excellent contacts.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, organized, and creative—a motivated, entrepreneurial self-starter capable of managing an exciting and varied workload across multiple streams. You should be a collaborator, committed to building effective relationships with stakeholders, and the festival and film sectors.
