Thales, a global technology leader, seeks a Technical Product Owner to modernise hardware engineering environments across the UK. You will represent engineering users, own the backlog, define requirements, and drive the evolution of secure, cloud-enabled platforms.

Join a cross-functional team within Thales UK to align toolsets with group roadmaps, reduce technical debt, and shape the engineering applications strategy while working across secure networks and cloud environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electronic/electrical engineering is beneficial.
• Experience defining, architecting, implementing or managing engineering development environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the needs of engineering users and champion effective ways of working.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog for your team.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria and feature priorities.
• Validate and approve completed features.
• Collect user feedback through reviews and continuous engagement.
• Lead the evolution, consolidation and migration of hardware engineering applications.
