Job summary

Adele Carr Recruitment Limited is seeking a technically minded Technical Product Owner for our Digital Development team in Alderley Edge. The role focuses on shaping digital products in a regulated environment, translating business needs into clear requirements and managing backlogs to deliver measurable value.

You will work with stakeholders, developers and testers, contributing to product strategy, delivery planning and continuous improvement, with hybrid work and a 2-day on-site pattern.

Qualifications

Experience translating business needs into product requirements and user stories.
Experience managing and prioritising product backlogs.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and APIs.

Responsibilities

Own, manage and prioritise the product backlog to align with objectives.
Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Develop roadmaps balancing business priorities and technical constraints.
Collaborate with developers, designers, testers across the SDLC.
Facilitate backlog refinement and Agile ceremonies.
Support UAT and release readiness and governance.
