Job summary

Adele Carr Recruitment Ltd is seeking a technically minded Technical Product Owner to join our Digital Development team in Alderley Edge. This role focuses on shaping and delivering digital products within a regulated environment, bridging business needs and technical delivery.

You will translate requirements into clear user stories, manage the backlog, collaborate with developers, designers and testers, and drive value through secure, scalable digital solutions that enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience as Product Owner or similar software delivery role.
Practical Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban).
Ability to translate business needs into user stories and delivery requirements.
Understanding of software development lifecycles and digital product delivery.

Responsibilities

Own, manage and prioritise the product backlog to align with objectives.
Analyse business requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps balancing priorities, tech considerations and timelines.
Collaborate with developers, designers, testers and technical specialists throughout the SDLC.
Facilitate backlog refinement and Agile ceremonies.
Provide clarity on priorities, scope and expected outcomes.
