Job summary

Digital Waffle in Manchester is seeking an experienced Product Owner to shape product delivery across marketing, sales and compliance teams. You will own backlogs, translate business requirements into actionable tasks, and drive cross-functional delivery with a hybrid working pattern (2 days onsite).

Applicants should have 3+ years in product ownership or related roles, strong stakeholder management, and experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Asana, or Linear.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Owner to join a fast-growing digital business and help shape the development of new products. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Leadership teams, you'll drive delivery, manage priorities, and ensure successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise product backlogs and delivery plans
• Translate business requirements into actionable product tasks
• Support product roadmap planning and execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Manage reporting, dashboards, and operational processes
• Facilitate effective meetings and drive project delivery

• Ensure alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance

About You

• 3+ years' experience in a Product Owner, Product Operations, or similar role
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Linear
• Understanding of digital products, CRM systems, reporting, and tracking
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
