Job summary

Arriva Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Owner to lead and evolve the cETM platform and related technologies underpinning customer and operational experiences. You will work closely with operational teams, suppliers, local authorities and central teams as the subject matter expert.

You will combine technical knowledge with strong stakeholder management to ensure systems, data and processes are effectively managed and continually improved across Arriva

Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing systems or transport-related data is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills are required.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational owner and SME for cETM systems within Arriva UK operating company.
• Oversee configuration, maintenance and readiness of ticketing technologies.
• Provide second-line support and manage incidents through to resolution.
• Monitor system performance and ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain data quality and governance across fares, scheduling and ops data.
• Manage data feeds and timely uploads of service and fare changes.
• Support suppliers, authorities and internal stakeholders with technical integrations and reporting.
• Deliver training and guidance on system updates to operational colleagues.
• Create and maintain reports to support decision-making.
