Job summary

Lendable is expanding its Platform team to scale infrastructure underpinning our credit products. We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to sit within Engineering, connecting platform tech, reliability and commercial value. You’ll stay close to engineering through coding, PR reviews and architecture discussions.

Working with Platform Engineering Manager and Tech Lead, you’ll shape the Platform roadmap, translate technical milestones into business outcomes, and enable faster, safer growth.

Qualifications

• Shipped production systems and hands-on engineering.
• Strong commercial instinct and ROI focus.
• Excellent stakeholder management across product, engineering and finance.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and long-horizon platform value.
• Proven IC contributor at senior, cross-team level.
• Clear communicator with leadership and pod leads.

Responsibilities

• Own platform stability metrics and release quality.
• Build business cases for platform investments.
• Define and manage the platform roadmap and backlog.
• Interface with pod leads and leadership to align dependencies.
• Contribute as an engineer with coding and architecture discussions.
