Job summary

Lendable is building a larger Platform team and hiring a Technical Product Manager to connect platform tech, reliability and business value. You’ll own priorities, translate engineering context to leadership, and help shape a roadmap that enables scale and faster delivery.

You’ll stay close to engineering through coding, PR reviews, and architecture discussions while driving measurable business outcomes across the platform.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on engineering background with production systems experience.
• Strong commercial instinct: build a business case, ROI focus.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across product, engineering and finance.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; platform value is long-horizon.
• Track record of contributing as an IC at senior level.
• Proactive, low-ego, clear communicator with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own platform stability and CI/CD standards.
• Be commercially accountable: quantify platform impact.
• Own the platform roadmap and prioritisation.
• Act as the stakeholder interface for pod leads.
• Contribute as an engineer: write code and review PRs.
