Job summary

Funding Circle, London-based fintech, is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our platform capabilities. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and migrations across core services like identity, access, and engineering platform, partnering with Architecture and product leads to align roadmaps.

You will work closely with Risk, Operations and Sales to understand needs, drive adoption, and ensure the platform enables faster, more reliable product delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience owning cross-team platform features and earning adoption.
• Able to discuss trade-offs with engineers and plan migrations.
• Ability to influence Risk, Operations and Sales without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and roadmap for the platform capabilities used across the company.
• Own migrations, decide when to upgrade, and drive adoption.
• Partner with Architecture, Product Eng, and other product leads to align roadmaps.
• Conduct regular discovery with multiple functions and manage change adoption.
• Measure success by faster shipping and completion of migrations.
