Job summary

Lyst is seeking a technically strong Product Manager to lead the platforms that support our affiliate operations, paid marketing and product-data enrichment. You will own joined-up roadmaps, translate commercial priorities into concrete technical work, and partner with engineering and NZ Data Science to productionise models and data products.

You’ll balance roadmap delivery with reliability, debt and BAU, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive measurable outcomes in data quality, catalogue

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for technical, data or platform products with at least four years in relevant roles.
• Experience with MarTech teams and marketing/commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into coherent roadmaps without adding process for its own sake.

Responsibilities

• Own the joined-up roadmap for Affiliate Operations, Commercial Enablement and Product-Data Enrichment with clear outcomes and measures.
• Turn commercial priorities into well-shaped technical work and partner with stakeholders.
• Decide delivery approach and when to create reusable platform capabilities.
• Clarify scope, dependencies and acceptance criteria with engineering; maintain backlog and predictability.
• Lead cross-functional planning across Paid Marketing, Partnerships, Operations and Data Science; manage trade-offs.
• Define and track outcomes across commercial performance and data quality.
