Manpower UK is seeking a reliable Technical Operator in Rugby (CV21 1HA) on a temp ongoing basis. The role includes supporting daily production tasks, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and working a continental shift pattern (4 on 4 off) with 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00 hours.

The position is on-site in Rugby. Pay starts at £14.99 per hour and increases to £17.31 after 12 weeks, reflecting competency and performance.
