Manpower UK is sourcing a Technical Operator for our client in Rugby. You will support daily production tasks, ensuring quality, food safety, and hygiene standards are met, while performing basic machine checks and using SAP to manage stock and production information.

The role operates on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00), and starts at £14.99 per hour with increases to £17.31 after 12 weeks. This is a temp, ongoing position with weekly pay and holiday entitlement.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Able to work independently and make decisions when needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work across different production areas.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is desirable.
