Job summary

Manpower operates a Technical Operator role at our Rugby site (CV21 1HA) within a temporary contract. You will support daily production activities while upholding high quality, food safety, and health & safety standards.

The position includes basic machine checks, stock control via SAP, and shift-based duties on a 4 on 4 off pattern (07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00). Experience in production and strong attention to detail are essential.

• Help with product changeovers and operate FLT equipment when required.
• Use systems such as SAP to manage stock and production information.
• Support and train team members where needed.
• Identify and suggest improvements to processes and equipment.
