Job summary

Technical Operator role in Rugby, UK, temp contract, working a 4-on 4-off rotating schedule with day and night shifts (7:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00). You will support daily production activities, maintain quality and safety standards, and assist with stock control and changeovers.

Ideal candidates have production experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. SAP experience and ability to train others are a plus.

Technical Operator

Location: Rugby, CV21 1HA

Shifts: 4-on, 4-off rotating shift pattern, alternating between day and night shifts. Shift hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for day shifts and 7:00 pm to 7:00 am for night shifts.

Contract: Temp

Pay Rate: £14.99 per hour
