Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Rugby (CV21 1HA) is seeking a Technical Operator to support daily production tasks while upholding strict quality, food safety and health and safety standards. 4-on, 4-off rotating shifts run 7:00–19:00 days and 19:00–07:00 nights on a temporary contract, paying £14.99 per hour.

Key duties include machine checks, quality documentation, stock and material control, product changeovers, and SAP usage for production information.

Qualifications

• Previous production experience
• Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed
• Good communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily production tasks safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality, food safety, and health and safety standards
• Perform basic machine checks and routine maintenance
• Complete quality checks and paperwork accurately
• Support stock and material control within your work area
• Help with product changeovers and operate FLT equipment when required
• Use systems such as SAP to manage stock and production information
• Support and train team members where needed
• Identify and suggest improvements to processes and equipment
