Delivering both hard and soft services across the estate, it's our job as Royal Mail's FM provider to support the business in being the best delivery company in the UK.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our team at PFSL to lead and manage first line Technical Service Managers within London and the South East portfolio.
The role
As Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of six Technical Service Managers and indirectly accountable for c125 employees. You will also have overall accountability for the successful delivery of the operational profit & loss c£15-20m for multiple Engineering Disciplines (M&E, Fire & Security, Building Fabric and Street Furniture) within the defined region. Ensuring customer satisfaction, contract performance measures (KPIs) and maintaining customer relationships are key to this role.
The successful candidate will join three other Technical Operational Managers and should possess strong leadership skills that embed a safely first culture through ownership & accountability, exceptional service delivery, people management, customer relations, business improvement and working with unions.
