  • Ensure GMP compliance and uphold the highest quality standards.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
  • Champion Lean principles and eliminate waste through process improvement.
  • Lead investigations, CAPAs, and Change Control processes.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance plant capability and performance.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven leadership within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, MHRA regulations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Track record of process improvements, cost control, and team development.
  • ERP/manufacturing systems and data-driven decision-making capability.

Desirable:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related.
  • Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing certification.
  • Experience leading NPIs, validation, and facility upgrades.

Why Apply?

  • Senior leadership role with significant scope and impact.
  • Join a high-performing team within a secure and growing industry.
