Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Construction Plant manufacture or similar markets.
• Proven track record of managing an engineering/technical team.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new attachments for market introduction.
• Manage UK Engineering, Technical documentation & Marketing team.
• Support Global Sales Team with special applications.
• Liaise with Production teams to ensure quality production.

Skills

Hydraulic equipment and gear design

3D CAD and simulation (SolidWorks)

Team leadership and development

New Product Introduction

Experience with ISO9001

Education

Degree in Mechanical Engineering (desirable)
