Rise Technical Recruitment in Loughborough is offering an exciting Technical Manager position. You will oversee manufacturing processes, manage a small skilled team, and drive NPD while liaising with international suppliers.

The role pays £50,000-£55,000 plus 25 days holiday, training, progression and excellent benefits. Commutable to Leicester, Derby, Ashby-De-La-Zouch, Castle Donington; you’ll be hands-on and focused on quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing projects/products through the manufacturing process and NPD.
• Proven ability to lead a small, skilled team.
