Rise Technical Recruitment in Loughborough is offering an exciting Technical Manager position. You will oversee manufacturing processes, manage a small skilled team, and drive NPD while liaising with international suppliers.

The role pays £50,000-£55,000 plus 25 days holiday, training, progression and excellent benefits. Commutable to Leicester, Derby, Ashby-De-La-Zouch, Castle Donington; you’ll be hands-on and focused on quality and on-time delivery.

Excellent role on offer for an experienced Engineer looking to join a market leading company where you will be regarded as the Technical Specialist and play a key part in the Manufacturing process.

Do you have experience with managing projects/products through the Manufacturing process? Are you looking for a position where you will be heavily involved in day to day operations of a Market leading company?

This market leading company are widely regarded as a leading force in their specialist industry. Predominantly specialising in the manufacture of be-spoke equipment for a range of clients, this company have gone from strength to strength. Due to this expansion, they are actively looking to recruit a Technical Manager to support this growth.

In this role you will manage a small, highly skilled team to ensure the manufacture and compliance of a high quality, product range. You will be involved heavily in NPD and liaise with international suppliers.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience/ knowledge managing a product to market however not essential. You will ideally have experience in a similar position and looking to join a market leading company who will offer excellent development.
