Requirements include a degree in Food Science or Microbiology, strong knowledge of HACCP and relevant legislation, and proven leadership in a food quality role. A competitive salary is offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a food technical or quality role with BRCGS knowledge.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and applicable food legislation.
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage quality systems and ensure documentation, risk assessments, and SOPs are compliant.
• Oversee the supply chain to maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead HACCP team meetings and internal/external audits (BRCGS, regulatory).
• Drive food safety culture and monitor KPIs across the site.
