Job summary

Qualifications

• HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3 required.
• Experience leading BRC audits.
• Background in a technical role within food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and audit readiness for BRC, Kosher, Halal and internal standards through audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement.
• Manage technical and food safety processes, including procedures, non-conformances, supplier approvals, and NPD specs/artwork.
• Support suppliers and internal teams to enhance food safety, compliance, and supplier performance, including on-site visits.
• Oversee systems and reporting including KPI tracking and internal audits.
