Activity Coordinator – Beacher Hall Care Home

Location: 42 Bath Road, Reading RG1 6PG. CQC rating: Good. Carehome.co.uk rating: 9.9/10.

Salary: £12.25 - £13.25 per hour. Contract: Permanent, 38 hours per week. Located near the centre of Reading, Beacher Hall offers 24‑hour care.

We are looking for an Activities Organiser who will support the Engagement Lead to enhance the residents' quality of life through a lifestyle programme and framework that stimulates meaningful engagement and will positively impact well‑being in the home.

Responsibilities

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable departments.
• Overall great communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• A passion about customer service.
