We are going through an exciting period of transformation at Aspire Housing. As part of our improved way of working, we are introducing new Technical Maintenance Surveyors to support our Responsive Repairs and Void (Empty homes) teams.
As part of our 2025 focus and in line with our corporate plan and values, we recognize the importance of “putting the customer at the heart of what we do and getting the job right first time.” These roles are integral to our service delivery team to meet customer and business needs.
