Qualifications

• Expérience en activités MRO d'avions au sein d'un environnement EASA/CAA.
• Compétences en gestion de projets dans un cadre commercial.
• Capacité à prioriser les tâches critiques.

• Livraison efficace des fonctions de services techniques pour soutenir les activités de maintenance.
• Gestion des SRPSA en accord avec les processus de l'entreprise.

This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. Key Responsibilities:

• Effective delivery of the Tech Services Function to support Base/Line Maintenance activities.
• Management of SRPSAs working in line with Company processes.
• Source & review of technical drawings & data upon request from Operations.
• Raise SRPSAs as required for Alternate PNs & update our SAP System.
• Support the development of processes for the Tech Services Function.
• Support the creation of complex task breakdowns.
• Drive continuous improvement and set standards to improve performance.
• Oversee and provide direction to all Tech Services projects within the organization.
• Develop and track key KPIs within the Tech Services function to identify deviations in standards.
• Work effectively in a team and independently when required.
• Maintain good awareness of aviation safety.
• Have previous extensive experience of aircraft MRO activities within an EASA/CAA environment.
• Experience in delivering projects within time and cost constraints.
• Strong leadership and management skills in a highly commercial environment.
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborative working approach and team motivation skills.
• Ability to prioritize time-critical work.
