Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Manchester seeks a highly experienced Technical Lifecycle Manager to lead long-term lifecycle planning for on-site assets in a complex financial environment. The role requires a degree in engineering and substantial 10+ years of lifecycle experience.

The successful candidate will review compliance documentation, manage budgets and risk, and work with cross-functional teams to optimise asset management and net-zero initiatives.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; chartered membership preferred.
• Chartered/professional membership with a relevant body or be able to become chartered within 12 months.
• 10+ years of experience in lifecycle management and related domains.

Responsibilities

• Generate immediate, intermediate and long-term lifecycle plans for on-site works and manage lifecycle spend within contractual compliance.
• Assist with compiling Draw Down Requests and ensure contractual routes are followed.
• Audit maintenance activity, asset replacement and PM/PPM plans for compliance and commercial purposes.
• Review net zero technologies and climate adaptability developments to optimise lifecycle decision making.
• Review compliance, legislation and operational documentation to ensure accuracy and adequacy.
• Collaborate with operations and asset management teams to leverage CaFM systems for lifecycle management.
• Produce reports, dashboards and documentation to support decision making and risk benchmarking.
