Requirements

Your Day-to-Day

Technical Leadership:

• Design, build, and deploy robust B2B SaaS products and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Managers to guide and motivate the team in building secure, high-quality software.
• Lead and contribute to technical designs, ensuring sound architectural decisions and addressing future challenges.
• Promote engineering best practices, improve code quality, testing, and delivery processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with colleagues from product, data engineering, and other disciplines to deliver high-quality solutions.

Mentoring:

• Support and guide team members, sharing knowledge and fostering growth in a collaborative environment.

Driving Improvement:

• Continuously seek ways to evolve systems and processes in line with industry trends.

What You'll Bring

• Technical leadership experience, influencing technology teams as a Staff Engineer or Senior Technical Lead.
• Design skills for scalable, resilient systems using event-driven patterns, DDD, microservices, RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud technologies (GCP preferred), CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Golang, Java, C#, Python) with openness to working in Golang.
• API design and development expertise.
• Containerization skills with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, mentor junior engineers, and support continuous improvement.
