Job summary

Sopra Steria Limited is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to guide a multi-supplier delivery team within our Aerospace, Defence and Security account. You will shape technical direction, own architectural decisions, and ensure secure, reliable delivery across complex systems.

You will balance stakeholder expectations with risk management, lead incident and change triage, and mentor engineers to deliver robust solutions in a highly secure environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading DevOps teams in complex, security‑critical environments.
• Strong technical leadership and architectural decision‑making.
• Ability to balance delivery deadlines with risk and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DevOps delivery and guide the multi-supplier team.
• Set technical direction and priorities.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and interfaces.
• Support the Service Delivery Manager to ensure timely service delivery.
• Oversee incident, change, and work item triage.
• Foster relationships with customers and partners to influence decisions.
• Promote adoption of secure, zero-trust principles where applicable.
