Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role with 2+ years in a lead-capacity.
• Experience delivering for client-facing or consulting delivery models is ideal.
• Strong frontend & backend capabilities across modern stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across the full solution stack with quality, reliability, and security.
• Act as the primary technical client contact and build strong relationships.
• Mentor a cross-functional squad of data engineers, data scientists, and software engineers.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to translate design into delivery decisions.
• Contribute hands-on to delivery while guiding the team.
