Job summary

Sanderson is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to work closely with senior customers on complex technology transformation challenges across AI, data, cloud, applications, integration, security and governance.

The role is hands-on from a design perspective, translating business problems into practical technology solutions, shaping proposals and collaborating with specialist teams to deliver modern enterprise architectures in banking, FS, or insurance contexts.

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in Solution Architecture.
20+ years' overall technology experience.
Strong breadth across Cloud, Data, Applications, APIs/Integration and Security.
Experience in complex enterprise environments.
Strong senior stakeholder and customer-facing skills.
Ideally a background in Banking, Financial Services or Insurance.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end solutions across AI, Data, Cloud, Applications, Integration, Security and Governance.
Translating complex business problems into practical technology solutions.
Supporting RFPs, proposals and customer solution shaping.
Working with specialist technical teams to bring multiple technology areas together.
Supporting clients with AI transformation, data readiness and technology modernisation.
