Job summary

Acquire Me in London seeks a Tech Lead to define how AI is built and leveraged across the business. You will lead a team of 12 AI engineers, partnering with Portfolio Managers, Researchers, Technologists and stakeholders to turn high-value AI opportunities into production systems.

You’ll own products end-to-end, helping shape the firm’s long-term AI strategy with strong Python and cloud-native capabilities, including production APIs and data platforms, while driving proactive innovation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering.
• 1+ years building production GenAI / LLM systems.
• Experience taking projects from idea to production.
• Strong Python.
• Kubernetes and cloud-native experience.
• Experience owning production APIs and data platforms.
• Strong opinions with a proactive attitude and passion for introducing new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives and define how AI is built and leveraged across the business.
