Job summary

Brown & Brown Europe is seeking a Technical Lead on a 1-year fixed term contract, hybrid in Borehamwood. You will lead technical delivery within a product-led squad, combining hands-on engineering with day-to-day technical leadership.

You will partner with Product and Delivery, drive secure, scalable solutions, guide estimation and release readiness, and coach engineers while improving CI/CD, testing, and observability.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software in agile teams.
• Strong full-stack development with .NET and web tech.
• Experience building Azure-hosted services.
• Proven track record mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery for the squad while remaining hands-on.
• Turn product priorities into secure, scalable solutions.
• Own delivery from discovery through release and live support.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
• Coach engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
