Job summary

Brown & Brown Europe is building long-lived, product-led squads with end-to-end ownership of the services they create. You will lead technical delivery within a product-led squad, combining hands-on engineering with day-to-day technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience in an agile team.
• Advanced full-stack capability using .NET and modern web technologies.
• Experience designing, building and supporting Azure-hosted services.
• Strong CI/CD, automated testing, version control and DevOps knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery for the squad while remaining hands-on.
• Turn product priorities into secure, scalable and supportable technical solutions.
• Own technical delivery from discovery through release and live support.
• Set expectations for code quality, automated testing, security, documentation and observability.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices to enable safe, repeatable releases.
• Coach engineers through reviews, pairing and knowledge sharing.
