You will coach developers, guide decision-making, promote automated testing and CI/CD, and help introduce shared tooling and observability to enable high-quality, value-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical development experience.
• Experience delivering software using C#, .NET, RESTful APIs and web technologies.
• Experience leading developers within an agile delivery team and coaching others.
• Ability to design secure, maintainable systems with good engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the technical lead for a development team, shaping and assuring technical delivery.
• Translating user and business needs into secure, well-designed solutions.
• Making local technical decisions aligned with architectural direction and priorities.
• Coaching, mentoring, pairing and knowledge sharing to develop developers.
• Ensuring engineering standards, development practices, security expectations and quality controls are applied consistently.
• Collaborating with Principal Developers, DevOps, product teams and stakeholders for joined-up delivery.
• Leading improvements across Engineering including automated testing, CI/CD, observability and reusable components.
• Working in an agile environment with focus on user value and quality.
