Job summary

Apache Associates seeks an experienced Technical Lead to join its growing MSP team in a brand-new role. You’ll combine hands-on technical leadership, mentoring, and client engagement to shape the future of technical delivery.

As the most senior technical figure, you will lead projects end-to-end, drive IT service excellence, and support pre-sales with product evaluations. You’ll work with a strong team, influence standards, visit clients, meet SLA targets, and write clear documentation for

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT services in MSP environments.
• Strong knowledge of MDM and identity management.
• Ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
• Excellent documentation for technical and non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, senior escalation support and mentor team members
• Meet SLA targets, identify patterns, issues and support the team to maintain service levels
• Conduct regular client visits and build strong client relationships
• Lead the technical delivery of client projects, collaborate with Project Engineers and ensure all is fully documented
• Support the MSP Ops Manager and MD in client reviews, proposal development and technical presentations
• Contribute technical expertise to pre-sales conversations, evaluate new products and technologies
• Drive IT service excellence aligned with ITIL principles
