The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) seeks a Technical Lead to drive the Data Technology and Innovation division's Digital Delivery Hub. You will shape team direction, deliver high-quality digital products using Java and Angular, and collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to translate business needs into impactful solutions.

You will mentor engineers, promote best practices, and ensure reliable services across platforms.

Formación

• Graduate level education (or equivalent) in Computing, Computer Science, or equivalent subject
• Practical and current active technical experience of Kotlin/Java, JavaScript/Typescript, Angular, AWS
• Adept at leveraging automation to improve development processes and optimise software delivery
• Demonstrable evidence of leading and mentoring teams, with effective stakeholder management and communication at all levels
• Solid problem-solving abilities and understanding of software architecture and design patterns

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example in a working technical role, shaping the direction of the team while developing high-quality digital products using Java and Angular
• Help deliver innovative features by turning business requirements into impactful outcomes with Product Owners and Architects
• Promote engineering excellence by establishing and promoting best practices across the development lifecycle
