Job summary

Sompo is seeking a Technical Lead for Corporate Property Claims in London. The role focuses on evaluating claims estimates and paid claims with timely delivery, while using analytics to improve performance and governance.

You will lead complex claims, collaborate with underwriters, risk, finance and actuarial, and mentor team members to strengthen capabilities. The role requires deep technical knowledge of claims handling across regulated environments and strong stakeholder management,

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of technical claims handling in a regulated environment.
• Experience across multiple lines of business/geographies to provide expert guidance.
• Strong negotiation, collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex claims analysis and provide expert guidance to leadership.
• Deliver timely reporting and performance insights on claims portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and use of third-party experts and TPAs.
• Mentor colleagues and develop claims talent across the team.
