Job summary

Sompo is seeking a Claims Data Analytics Lead in London to drive analytics and insights across the UK Claims portfolio. You will develop data products and reporting tools, support real-time decision making, and mentor colleagues in a data-first mindset.

The role requires extensive data analytics experience in a regulated financial services environment, with strong SQL/Excel/Tableau skills and the ability to collaborate across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services is advantageous.
• Extensive data and analytics environment experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical data products to monitor UK Claims KPIs.
• Contribute to MI & Analytics change priorities for UK Claims.
• Develop self-service reporting tools for management information.
• Support data literacy and skills within UK Claims portfolio.
