Job summary
Sword Group is seeking an experienced Technical Lead in Cloud & Cyber Services to shape technical direction and governance for strategic engagements. You will lead and mentor Technical Service Architects, ensure security and resilience, and partner with leadership to advance service offerings.

Qualifications
- Proven technical leadership experience in IT consultancy, MSP or customer-facing tech environment.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing senior technical professionals.
- Broad knowledge across cloud, infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity, digital workplace, cyber security and managed services.
- Strong working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/AD.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Technical Service Architects; drive roadmap ownership and service improvement.
- Own and maintain technical standards, governance and quality across projects.
- Provide technical assurance for customer solutions to ensure security, resilience and compliance.
- Oversee customer roadmaps, service improvements and technical debt reduction.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop scalable service offerings and asset libraries.
- Act as senior technical advisor in strategic discussions and escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement in governance, documentation and delivery quality.
