Job summary

Sword Group is seeking an experienced Cyber Project Manager to lead a portfolio of high-profile cyber security initiatives spanning IT and OT environments across enterprise assets. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors, and report to senior leadership while ensuring security standards and regulatory compliance in a challenging industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering cyber security or technology projects.
• Strong project management skills: budgets, timelines, risks, stakeholders.
• Able to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in regulated, critical infrastructure, energy, utilities, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple cyber security projects across IT and OT environments.
• Lead planning, governance, execution, and reporting of cyber programmes.
• Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Support expansion of enterprise cyber security services and capabilities.
• Drive replacement and modernization of cyber security technologies protecting industrial and offshore assets.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules and resources.
• Ensure change management and stakeholder engagement throughout lifecycles.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to senior leadership and sponsors.
• Support compliance, security and operational requirements across business and industrial environments.
