Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services in Aberdeen is seeking a Principal Technical Instructor to lead complex technical training and curriculum development for internal employees and external customers. Travel is a requirement, and you will mentor junior instructors while collaborating with product service lines to meet business objectives.

• Collaborates with internal clients to assess, develop and implement training and development solutions to help Product Service lines achieve specific business objectives and solutions.
• Mentors less experienced instructors.
• Job role contributes to the viability of the organization via personal contributions.
• Subject matter expertise in Product Service Line technical knowledge, skills and experience necessary for this role.
• Travel is a requirement.
