DOCOsoft is seeking a Technical Implementation Lead to drive the technical delivery of Vew implementations for new customers. You will be a hands-on, customer-facing link among the customer, Project Manager and DOCOsoft teams, guiding discovery, resolving challenges and ensuring secure, well-architected integrations from discovery through go-live.

You’ll coordinate with Solution Architecture, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Data Migration and Product, bringing specialist input as needed while owning

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex B2B/enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON and enterprise integration approaches.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical workstreams from discovery to production.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary technical contact for the customer throughout the implementation.
• Lead technical discovery and integration workshops with the support of Solution Architect.
• Coordinate technical activity across multiple internal teams and the customer.
• Ensure integrations use supported capabilities and standard patterns, maintaining technical readiness.
• Provide go-live support and early-life support, with reusable technical documentation.
