Job summary

DOCOsoft is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge client operations and our delivery and technical teams across the CMS and VEW platforms in London. You will lead discovery, define requirements, run workshops, and create user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinating with Project Managers, Engineering, QA and client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.

The role offers hybrid work with occasional travel to client sites two to three days per week.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in a client-facing BA role within enterprise software or SaaS.
• Experience guiding the full project lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
• Proven ability to run workshops and translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own business analysis across CMS and VEW projects.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand processes and outcomes.
• Translate client needs into clear business and functional requirements.
• Produce requirements specs, business rules, process flows, migration requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to maintain scope and address risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Engineering and QA to explain business context and support data migration and integration.
• Support UAT, defect triage and client readiness; prepare release notes and training materials.
• Deliver client Show and Tell sessions, training and post-go-live support.
