Job summary

CBRE Local UK in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager - Technical to lead FM delivery on a key BT account. This senior role oversees Hard and Soft FM operations, ensures statutory compliance, and drives operational performance and client service.

You will govern M&E systems, critical infrastructure, asset management, and lead multidisciplinary teams and specialist suppliers. The successful candidate will bring extensive FM leadership, deep knowledge of M&E and compliance, and

Strong Facilities Management leadership experience within a Hard Services environment.
Extensive knowledge of M&E systems, critical plant, and statutory compliance.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and service partners.
A proven track record in operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee Hard and Soft FM operations to deliver service across the account.
Ensure statutory compliance and governance across M&E systems and critical infrastructure.
