Qualifications

• Oversee service operations and ensure delivery meet client expectations.
• Utilise technical knowledge to help others solve problems and guide the UK team.
• Lead administrative and engineering staff across the UK.

Up to £55k + Management Training + Career path (Senior Engineer, Service Manager, Alarm Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Supervisor, or Fire & Security technical superstar who can lead).

Fire and Security Careers is recruiting for a Security and Fire Systems and service company seeking a Manager who can support engineers, lead a team in office (management training available for the right candidate), and has experience in Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV type systems engineering in NSI/SSAIB companies in the past.

Responsibilities

• solve problems, lead engineers, and hold technical conversations when managing service engineer and PPM maintenance engineer teams and people in Fire Alarms
• oversee service operations and delivery
• use technical knowledge to help others solve problems
• lead the admin (internal) and engineers across UK (external)
