Job summary

Windmill Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Fire & Security Engineer for local UK work across Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas. You will join a team installing, servicing and maintaining fire alarm and security systems, including access control, CCTV and intruder alarms.

We offer a basic salary of £40,000–£42,000 with OTE £50,000+, overtime opportunities, a company van with private use, generous holiday, and ongoing training (IPAF, ECS).

Qualifications

• Experience with fire alarm and security systems.
• Experience in installation, servicing and maintenance.
• Knowledge of access control, intruder alarms and CCTV.
• Willingness to undertake local UK travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain fire alarm and security systems.
• Operate access control, CCTV and intruder alarm setups.
• Work on local projects to keep travel time manageable.
• Provide high-quality customer service and on-site support.
