Ignite Talent Group is seeking a Technical Engineer for residential housebuilding in Leeds. You will support infrastructure and technical matters from feasibility through to onsite delivery, coordinating with Construction, Commercial and external stakeholders to keep developments on programme and in line with technical requirements.

The role requires experience in residential development, strong communication, and ability to manage external consultants and utility providers.

Competenze

• Experience in residential housebuilding or property development.
• Experience managing infrastructure, utilities or technical requirements.
• Knowledge of utility providers, industry procedures and relevant legislation.
• Understanding of CDM Regulations.

Mansioni

• Managing infrastructure requirements for residential developments from feasibility through to site delivery.
• Coordinating technical information, approvals, quotations, agreements and service connections.
• Liaising with utility providers, consultants, local authorities, highways, environmental agencies and warranty providers.
• Supporting the appointment and management of external consultants and service providers.
• Reviewing legal agreements, easements and utility documentation alongside external legal teams.
• Attending weekly pre-start, site and project review meetings.
• Ensuring technical drawings and information are distributed accurately and on time.
• Providing technical support and practical problem-solving across Construction, Commercial and Sales teams.
• Assisting with feasibility studies and providing advice on utility and infrastructure costs.
• Supporting the delivery of projects in line with programme, budget, planning approvals and technical standards.
• Supporting compliance with CDM Regulations and wider health and safety requirements.
