Job summary

Quona Capital in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our technical delivery teams. You will orchestrate multi-workstream workflows, ensure clear ownership, and keep engineers focused on building while you track progress.

You will translate complex updates into actionable status reports for stakeholders, manage timelines, dependencies, and risks, and continuously optimize processes to boost velocity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with Agile or Waterfall frameworks.
• Ability to understand architectural dependencies and SDLC to facilitate discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional coordination between engineering, design and product teams.
• Maintain accountability framework with clear owners and expectations (e.g., RACI).
• Develop and maintain master project schedules and track critical path items.
• Synthesize technical progress into high-level status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively suggest process improvements to increase velocity.
