Job summary

Spott is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to turn business priorities into deliverable work across data and reporting products. You will work with the Data Product Manager and multidisciplinary teams to support the product roadmap and own backlog quality, delivery planning, dependencies, risks and release readiness.

You will coordinate delivery from discovery through release and live service, maintaining transparency and focus on outcomes.

About this position

Role overview:

We are working with a global financial services player seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to turn business priorities into well-defined, deliverable work across its data and reporting products. Working with the Data Product Manager and multidisciplinary teams, you will support the product roadmap and take day-to-day ownership of backlog quality, delivery planning, dependencies, risks and release readiness. You will coordinate delivery from discovery through release and live service, keeping work transparent, controlled and focused on outcomes.

You will bring proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a comparable product delivery role, ideally in a complex organisation. Strong Agile delivery, backlog management and stakeholder skills are essential, alongside the technical understanding to identify constraints and discuss trade-offs across areas such as architecture, integrations, security, data governance and non-functional requirements.

Key Skills & experience:

Proven Delivery Manager or comparable product delivery experience

Complex-organisation delivery ownership

Backlog management, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria

Agile planning, estimation, dependency, risk and issue management

End-to-end delivery: discovery through release and live service
